OUR EQUIPMENT........
Not all infrared cameras can perform electrical/ mechanical inspections and moisture intrusion, because they are built to be 'job specific'. We use the FlIR Therma Cam P65 which is capable of all of these listed functions and more. It's one of the newest and most sensitive infrared cameras that FlIR makes. This camera stores images in a standard Windows format (JPEG), which allows a variety of ways for us to transmit the images to you. The target illuminator allows visual images to be captured in low ambient light, regardless of the lighting in your facility. The Therma Cam P65's Auto Focus and Auto Range features produce crisp high-resolution thermal images, which is crucial to obtain accurate electrical and mechanical diagnosis. We can immediately show you these thermal images on a built-in color viewfinder. For reference purposes, we also include a visual image with the thermal images - as recommended by The American Society for Test & Measurement (ASTM) guidelines (E1934-99).
OUR TRAINING........
Not all infrared services have trained thermographers. All West Coast Infrared, LLC thermographers are Level 1 Certified or higher - and we maintain our certification! We also staff a Certified Building Science Thermographer. This helps us to more accurately pinpoint structural damage and possible moisture intrusion. To insure that your facility is receiving the best infrared service, always be sure to verify that your infrared service provider has current certification, and that their IR cameras are annually calibrated.
