Do you have any equipment that, if it unexpectedly failed, would disrupt workflow, increase maintenance costs, decrease revenues, and possibly expose your people to the risk of bodily harm or worse? The answer is probably "yes."
West Coast Infrared, LLC has a solution that can help you mitigate these risks.
Our solution, Predictive Equipment Assessment (PEA), uses a sophisticated infrared detection device to routinely perform non-destructive testing of equipment that shows temperature differences.' We add value by identifying those components that need replacement prior to catastrophic failure. In doing so, we can demonstrate a substantial decrease in downtime and maintenance costs, and improvements in productivity.
Industry research suggests that using infrared detection devices can produce a return of investment four times greater than the cost of performing the diagnostic testing. This ratio is conservative and may actually be closer to a multiple of 10 times.
Potential uses of PEA vary from facility to facility. Whether it is steam traps, conveyors, compressors and condensers in food processing or storage facilities, or transformers, panels and fuses in electrical facilities, we can provide a value-added service by identifying problem areas at an early stage. A routine analysis regimen will further enhance the predictive capabilities of PEA.
Gain confidence in knowing that your equipment is functioning properly. Let West Coast Infrared, LLC show you how easy it is to monitor the condition of your equipment through our PEA program.
